Retrieves a dispute by Paystand disputeId.

Integrations OAuth note: Invalid or inaccessible dispute IDs may return 401 insufficientResourceAccess (not 404) — the same token works for List Disputes. When the merchant has no disputes, list endpoints return count: 0; store dispute.id from list results or dispute webhooks before calling this route.
