POST/fees/compute
Computes a fee from an explicit rule object and resourceAmount. Low-level helper — most ERP integrators should use Split Fees for payer fee estimates instead.
To resolve Fees & Incentives plan rates automatically and return a full payment vs fee breakdown (card, bank, etc.), use Split Fees or Compute Fees (fee split) instead.
Integrations OAuth note: May return 401 insufficientResourceAccess with Integrations tokens (same scope gap as List Fees). Prefer Split Fees for pre-payment estimates and Get Payment embedded fees[] after capture.
