Get Customer
GET/payerCustomers/:payerCustomerId
Retrieve a specific customer by ID.
Use the id from List Customers or Create Customer as payerCustomerId. Do not substitute a payment's payerId unless it matches a listed payer customer — a mismatched ID often returns 401 insufficientResourceAccess (the same token works for other routes), not 404.
